Thanks to all the staff in Dr Bansai. Unit ,also A&E as I was well cared for in the 18 hrs I was there,all the staff were quick to make me feel comfortable,thanks for everything x

Dr Bansal saw my elderly mother, who has dementia, following a suspected TIA. He was very patient and kind with her, and explained what had happened very clearly. The clinic as a whole was excellent, and and the nurses took extra steps to ensure my mother’s visit was as short as possible to minimise stress for her.

Visited the TIA department today was seen but Mr Maahap Bansela stroke consultant he was very polite and professional and made you feel at ease explained everything along the way he answered all my questions and explained every process we left with all the answers and a letter explaining the diagnosis
